This trophy was donated to LCYC by the late Bibs Francis, a long-time member and for many years the owner of Chiott Marine in Burlington. In 2005 the Board designated that this traveling trophy would recognize the Spinnaker boat that finished the season first overall in its division in the Wednesday Night Series races.
